1. About Warranties on Padel Rackets and Bags

Warranty Period: You have 30 days from the purchase date to make your warranty claim valid.

Warranty Conditions: Product warranties are valid only if the issue is due to a manufacturing or material defect. Damage from use will not be taken into account.

Claim Process: It’s important to send 7 photos of the damaged product from every side (example) along with the invoice and purchase details so the brand can assess the damage. If the damage is determined to be a manufacturing issue, the product will be replaced (delivery time may vary depending on inventory).

If the warranty doesn’t apply, you’ll receive the original product back at your home address.

2. Defects in padel rackets:

The warranty only covers manufacturing and transport defects on padel rackets — see below:

APPROVED DEFECTS

  • Defects on the racket face.
  • Incorrectly shaped holes.
  • Defects in the foam.
  • Defects in the racket’s surface texture.
  • Scratches present before the racket was used.


REJECTED DEFECTS

  • Products with erased or altered holograms or dates.
  • Normal use and fractures, e.g. torn paint.
  • Unauthorized modifications or alterations.
  • Care instructions were ignored.
  • Damage caused by tears, cuts, or fractures.
  • Burns and abrasions.
  • Products treated with steam devices or any heat treatment.
  • On the purchase of “used” products.
  • Impact damage.
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or negligence, including prolonged exposure to harsh weather.
  • Cracks inside the frame or multiple cracks.
  • Damaged cosmetics (e.g. minor scratches, surface warping, or discoloration), including natural color fading.


3. Defects in Bags:

BAGS (SEAMS)

APPROVED DEFECTS

  • If the seams have come undone.

REJECTED DEFECTS

  • If the fabric appears torn or ripped.
  • If it’s clear the damage was caused with an object.

BAGS (ZIPPERS)

APPROVED DEFECTS

  • If the zipper has come unstitched.
  • If the zipper doesn’t close or open properly.

REJECTED DEFECTS

  • If the zipper is jammed by an item external to the bag.
  • If the zipper is fully or partially broken.

BAGS (FABRIC OR LOGO)

APPROVED DEFECTS

  • If the fabric has an imperfection that harms the look and use of the bag.
  • If the MACKSTÄRKE logo is crooked or has faded.

REJECTED DEFECTS

  • If the fabric imperfection doesn’t prevent the use of the bag or affect the brand.
  • If the damage is caused by misuse or by natural wear.


4. About Returns

To be able to return your product, no more than 30 (thirty) calendar days must have passed since you made your purchase. For products with a warranty, only an exchange for an identical product is available — cash refunds are not available.

If your product doesn’t meet the policies specified above, we won’t be able to accept the warranty.
