Please remember that the warranty for MACKSTÄRKE is valid for thirty (30) days after the carrier has delivered it, and none of the demonstrable setbacks of padel have occurred. We’re good at tracking them.
Yes, only if we have evidence that your MackStärke has manufacturing defects within the warranty period. We do not consider refunds for purchases given the nature of the product we offer.

There is a thirty (30)-day warranty for each MACKSTÄRKE we manufacture. We have designed MACKSTÄRKE to be durable; however, that does not mean they are made for abuse or misuse. To ensure that your MACKSTÄRKE shines like the first day it arrives in your hands, make sure to follow these instructions: a) Store it securely away from direct sources of heat and sunlight. This could seriously damage the product. b) Do not use it against rough surfaces. This could fracture the enamel and its finish. c) Do not use it to lift balls from the court or any floor surface, unlike the padel court where it is intended to play. d) Do not use it to hit wet balls. As these would weigh more, it could suffer serious damage. Also, make sure the product is never submerged in water or used for any aquatic activity. e) Any other form of use that is not the nature for which it was conceived may hinder optimal performance. Therefore, we suggest you use it only within the court to enjoy padel play.
Claims are handled on a case-by-case basis. Therefore, take as many photos as possible to document the damage within the thirty (30)-day period from the delivery date, and make sure to include them in the email you must write to us indicating how and in what situation the damage occurred.
Once we assess that the damage is a manufacturer’s defect, we will proceed to replace your MACKSTÄRKE with a new one, ensuring that you receive it as soon as possible.

Do not break or throw away the box in which we sent you the product. Send us an email telling us what you ordered and your purchase reference number. In case of damage, we need evidence, so please take some good and descriptive photos for us to see. Damages are assessed on a case-by-case basis, and our shipping damage claim will be made to our carrier.
