We have designed this purchasing system to ensure the highest possible security for you and our products. We do not store any credit card information (which is handled by our payment processors) and we promise never to share your personal information with anyone else.
One of our goals is to build a wide customer database. In this regard, your email, unless specified otherwise, will become part of our valuable customer list, which we promise to nourish with nutritious padel content.

There’s no fine print here. Please read carefully, as this is really important to understand before purchasing one of our products:
There is a thirty (30) day warranty for each MACKSTÄRKE we manufacture. We have designed MACKSTÄRKE to be sturdy; however, that doesn’t mean they are made for abuse or misuse. To ensure your MACKSTÄRKE shines like the first day it arrives in your hands, make sure to follow these instructions:
a) Store it safely away from direct sources of heat and sunlight. This could seriously damage the product. b) Do not use it against rough surfaces. This could fracture the enamel and its finish. c) Do not use it to pick up balls from the court or any floor surface, unlike the paddle court where it is intended to be played. d) Do not use it to hit wet balls. Since these would weigh more, it could suffer serious damage. Also, make sure the product is never submerged in water or used for any water activity. e) Any other form of use other than the nature for which it was intended may hinder optimal performance. Therefore, we suggest you use it only within the court to enjoy the paddle game.
Claims are handled on a case-by-case basis. Therefore, take as many photos as possible to document the damage within the thirty (30) day period from the delivery date, and be sure to include them in the email you must write to us indicating how and in what situation the damage occurred.
Once we assess that the damage is a manufacturer defect, we will proceed to replace your MACKSTÄRKE with a new one, ensuring that you receive it as soon as possible.
Between one or two business days when we are fully stocked. As we begin distributing Mack throughout Mexico and the rest of the world, we are adjusting our stock flow. We don’t want to have too much accumulated stock, so we keep our production tailored to demand. With your help and kind words, we hope to have a bit more stock in due time.
Delivery time depends on the shipping option selected during the purchasing process and is entirely the responsibility of the chosen courier service.
As soon as you place your order, a tracking number specific to the selected carrier will be issued, which will be available to you via email.
First, check your order confirmation email for the tracking number and try to locate your package. If that doesn’t work, send us an email, tell us what you ordered, when, and to what address, and we will start working to solve the issue.
Do not break or throw away the box in which we sent you the product. Send us an email telling us what you ordered and your purchase reference number. In case of damage, we need evidence, so please take some good and descriptive photos for us to see. Damages are assessed on a case-by-case basis, and our shipping damage claim will be made to our carrier.
At the moment, all return expenses must be borne by the buyer: That’s why we ask to keep complete packaging on hand, only in the rare and unlikely event that you are part of the 0.01% of our customers who are not happy with Mack. Don’t worry, we’ll find a solution so you can start enjoying your new Mack as soon as possible.
Returns will only be considered when the product has not been used and retains all original seals, cases, and packaging. Send us an email stating the reasons why you want to do so. Remember that Mack’s warranty is valid 30 days after the carrier has delivered it and none of the demonstrable paddle setbacks have taken place. We’re good at tracking them.
